 VINTAGEBUTTONPOSTCARDMYNROSE

Simple Exquisite Vintage button Pin brooch by Mynrose (Not for sale). Background is an antique postcard from Deutsches Reich ( German Empire). I think in the 1920’s

I got this postcard at an antique market in KL. I am quite attracted to the ambience of the card, as you can see the leaves are turning yellow and it looks like its autumn still with the leaves that fell on the ground, this woman is holding a red rose in her hands with a bunch of more roses in her basket hanged by a pretty pink ribbon.

*she is probably saving the roses from dying in the autumn and bringing it back to her home to put in a nice little vase to beautify her home*

The lady fashions a short hairdo and her style is depicting after victorian times and edwardian wearing a simple short sleeve blouse with a high waisted long skirt. There is no pinwaisted line as from the edwardian and victorian era so makes me wonder what comes after edwardian.

I assume this is before the WWII. And After WWI (1914-1918)

She would be walking in Schleswig*, Germany enjoying the autumn breeze as the leaves rustles and blown to the next coming season.

It is hard to read the back of the card as I don’t know much German or the super little tiny cursive handwriting.

The receiver is Frisni or Ericarni or mumble jumble >.<

The brooch I made is pretty simple, a 7 diamante button, with a rainbow crystal in middle of the gold delicate metal flower, and a simple pearl encrusted in a braided rim of the 5 petal flower.

It is suitable as an accessory to your bag or coat or even scarf. Happy Dreaming~maz sign it
